Your Initial Visit:
Office hours are by appointment, which can be made by you or your referring veterinarian. The initial visit allows our specialists to examine your pet, review your pet's history and formulate a treatment plan. Whenever possible, we schedule surgeries and diagnostic procedures during our normal office hours, 8:30a.m. to 5p.m. Monday through Friday. Except on major holidays, a doctor and technical staff are on call for emergency surgical services.
In-Hospital Procedures:
Once your pet has been admitted, we notify you when surgery has begun, when it is completed, and whenever there is a change in your pet's condition.
Discharge:
We provide written and verbal instructions when your pet is discharged. If any problems develop during your pet's recovery, both you and your veterinarian are urged to call so that we can evaluate the situation, and see your pet if necessary.
Fees:
Our fee structure reflects the high quality of the surgical and medical care that we deliver. When circumstances permit, we provide an estimate of costs over the telephone. After the initial visit we can provide a more accurate written estimate.
We require a 50% deposit when your pet is admitted for the procedure with the remaining balance due in full at discharge. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, CareCredit and Discover.
