I was surprised to hear Dr. Bowersox's voice on the phone after Hank's procedure was finished- I was expecting a nurse to call. Our conversation ended with him reassuring me that Hank was getting plenty of TLC and pats from the staff. Knowing the staff genuinely cares for animals rested much of our stress during this process. I am above and beyond impressed with the surgical skill displayed by Dr. Bowersox, and am completely relieved that I was lucky enough to have his help.
